FR WIRES

FR wires are specially formulated and insulated with a Fire Retardant (FR) PVC Compound, to provide added safety. This FR PVC Compound has a high oxygen and temperature index. These properties help in restricting the spread of fire even at very high temperatures. This special compound also offers high insulation resistance and dielectric strength.

These ISI marked wires meet the requirements of IS 694:1990. In addition, they also offer Fire Retardant properties which means extra protection against electric shocks, short circuits and fires.

FRLS WIRES

These cables are ideal for wiring in residential and commercial complexes, high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, schools, colleges etc where density of people is high. During a fire these cables not only emit less smoke and toxic hydrochloric acid gas but also retard the spread of fire enabling those trapped inside to escape safely.

Manufactured from bright annealed 99.97% pure bare copper conductors these cables have low conductor resistance resulting in power saving. These wires are insulated with a special grade PVC compound formulated and manufactured in-house. The insulation is far superior in terms of critical oxygen and temperature index as also in light transmission and acid gas generation.

ZHFR WIRES

Our house wires are manufactured from premium grade of copper . They are most sought after product for house wiring and are also widely used in residential and commercial buildings for power distribution. Moreover, they are also used on metal/ plastic conduits either embedded in plaster (concealed wiring) or fixed on the walls. Our finished house wires are tested on several parameters to ensure that they are flame retardant, resistant to chemicals and are weather proof.

MULTICORE CABLES

Manufactured from bright-annealed 99.97% pure bare copper conductors these cables offer low conductor resistance. These wires are insulated with a special grade PVC compound formulated and manufactured in-house. The tough robust outer PVC jacket protects it from the oils, greases, various chemicals and abrasions giving long life and electrical safety. These multi core flexible cables are used for wiring in control panels, machines and various electrical installations in dry and damp interiors especially under typical industrial environmental conditions.

SUBMERSIBLE CABLES

3 core flat submersible cables is a specialized cable used for submersible pumps in a deep well. As the area of installation is physically restrictive, and the environment is very hostile, we design and manufacture keeping in mind these factors to achieve the highest possible degree of reliability & safety. Certain striking features of our Flat Submersible Pump cables include excellent resistant to moisture, abrasion, grease, oil, longer flex life, excellent mechanical & electrical properties. PVC insulated winding wires are used as original equipment for winding of submersible pump motors. They are also used for rewinding of these motors. The special purpose PVC insulation enables these wires to operate under water over long periods. The minimum insulation thickness is achieved through precision extrusion process so that insertion in stator slots is smooth and easy. Finolex has also developed higher sizes with multi strand copper conductors for higher HP Pump motors for specialized applications such as de-watering, mining and naval pumps.

CCTV CABLES

Closed circuit Television (CCTV) cables are used to transmit the signals from CCTV Camera to the receiver with minimum distortion or attenuation. RAJDHANI CCTV cables comes in two types, namely 3 + 1 and 4 + 1 CCTV cables and recently launched RG 6 + 3 cable. Bare copper braided video cables form the carrier for video signal and other cores form the carrier for power.

INSTRUMENT CABLES

Industrial applications such as factory floor are typically electrically noisy environments. Electrical noise either radiated or conducted as electromagnetic interference (EMI), can seriously disrupt the proper operation of other equipment. Shielding is needed to combat the effects of EMI. The shield can act on EMI on two ways. First it can reflect the energy. Second, it can pick up the noise and conduct it to ground. In either case, EMI does not reach the conductors.

There are two types of shielding typically used for cables namely, foil and braid. Foil shielding uses a thin layer of aluminum, typically attached to a carrier such as polyester to add strength and ruggedness, which is good. A drain wire is used to terminate and ground the shield.

Braid is a woven mesh of bare or tinned copper wires. The braid provides a low resistance path to ground and is much easier to termination by crimping or soldering when attaching a connector. The braid is more effective as a shield.

SOLAR CABLES

Solar cable is the interconnection cable used in photovoltaic power generation. A solar cable interconnects solar panels and other electrical components of a photovoltaic system. Solar cables are designed to be UV resistant and weather resistant.
